Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The FireSolver application (firesolver.net, firesolver.ro) is provided by BLUEPRINT SRL, registered office at Str. Aurel Vlaicu nr. 2, Mândruloc village, postcode 317408, Arad County, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 17013951, Trade Register no. J2004002089021, EUID ROONRC.J2004002089021 ("we"). 2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the application you accept these terms. If you use the application on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and these terms also apply to that company. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

3. The service

FireSolver is a calculation tool for the fire-resistance verification of steel members under EN 1993-1-2 and related standards, with project storage and PDF reports. The calculator can also be used without an account, within the calculation limits in section 6; saving verifications, projects, custom materials and curves, and problem reports require an account. PDF reports generated without an account carry a "FireSolver" watermark. We may restrict access to certain accounts (for example, during testing).

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, their conditions (price, billing, renewal, cancellation and, for consumers, the right of withdrawal) will be added to these terms and announced before launch. You will not be charged without your explicit agreement, given when you subscribe.

4. Nature of the results and professional responsibility

We make reasonable efforts for the algorithms to follow the stated standards and we test them, but we do not warrant that the application is error-free or suitable for every design situation.

5. Your account

• Your account details must be accurate. An account is personal and may not be shared.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity in your account. If you suspect unauthorised use, tell us immediately.
• The application is intended for professionals and people aged 16 or over.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the application's calculation algorithms, code or data (including the section and material catalogue);
• access the service or its programming interface (API) by automated means (scripts, bots, scraping) other than through the application;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions;
• use several accounts to get around usage limits;
• resell, rent or make the service available to others;
• use the application unlawfully or in a way that impairs its operation.

The number of calculations you can run per minute and per day is limited, so the service stays available to everyone. The limits are set for normal work in the application. When you reach one, the application tells you how long to wait. We may change the limits depending on the load on the service. Repeatedly exceeding the limits, or a request pattern that points to automated access, may lead to suspension of your account under section 10.

7. Intellectual property

The application, including its code, calculation algorithms, data catalogue, interface, the FireSolver brand and documentation, belongs to BLUEPRINT SRL and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for as long as you have an account.

Your data remains yours. The projects, members and materials you enter belong to you; you only grant us the right to store and process them to provide the service. You may freely use the reports you generate in your projects.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation; there may be interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons. We may change, add or remove features. If we shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your reports.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, data or opportunity, nor for the consequences of using results without the checks required in section 4;
• our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months or, if lower, 500 RON.

These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to personal injury, or to consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.

10. Suspension and closing your account

You may close your account at any time by requesting its deletion at firesolver99@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; except in serious cases or where required by law, we will notify you first.

11. Personal data

How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you may close your account. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to resolve any disagreement amicably: write to our contact address. Disputes with professionals are settled by the competent courts at BLUEPRINT SRL's registered office. Consumers may also go to the courts where they live and to the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), including through its alternative dispute resolution procedure (reclamatiisal.anpc.ro).

If the Romanian and English versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.
